01 / GETTING STARTED

Everyday companion in your language.

Mittar is designed to feel natural and quiet. You can speak in Punjabi, type in English or Punjabi, and photograph everyday mail or school notices to receive clear summaries and guidance.

The app is available across iOS (via Apple TestFlight and App Store) and Android, as well as on the web for preview testers.

02 / TROUBLESHOOTING & FAQS

Answers to common questions.

Voice will not connect or microphone doesn’t activate

Check your internet connection and verify that Mittar has microphone permissions enabled in your device system settings (iOS Settings → Mittar, or Android Settings → Apps → Mittar → Permissions). Tap the voice control once to connect; tap Stop when finished. If your connection is unstable, you can type your questions at any time.

A paper translation or summary needs review

Ensure your photograph has good lighting and that the text is sharp and unblurred. Artificial intelligence assists with interpretation but can occasionally misread complex fine print. Always compare key dates, payment amounts, and official instructions against the original paper.

How do I reset my preferences or clear device history?

Open the in-app Settings menu and tap “Clear saved choices & start again”. This immediately wipes your locally saved preferences, recent task records, and cached conversation context from your phone.

How do I request account deletion or data removal?

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will confirm and purge any associated support history within 48 hours.
